Details

The Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme launched on 4 February 2025.

Ukrainian nationals and their eligible family members who still need sanctuary in the UK can apply for further permission to remain for up to 18 months, with the same entitlements to work, study and access public funds as the existing Ukraine schemes.
