Details

The interim data sharing protocol (DSP) has been put in place to enable the sharing and processing of personal data to support people arriving in the United Kingdom under the Afghan Resettlement Programme (ARP) and those eligible under the programme within the UK,

The ARP programme was launched on 1 March 2025.

The protocol will run either until 1 May 2025 or until the ARP funding instructions are published on GOV.UK, whichever is later.

Funding instructions for local authorities for schemes supporting people from Afghanistan for the 2025 to 2026 financial year will be published shortly.
