Updated ‘British perpetrators’ section. Victims no longer need to be under 18 to prosecute a British perpetrator in the UK. Also, the act no longer needs to be criminal in the country where it was committed. This change reflects amendments to Section 72 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
