Details

On 19 March 2025, Natural England submitted a report to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs setting out changes to the proposed route of the King Charles III England Coast Path in Kent at Hens Brook, Eastchurch. This is part of the Isle of Sheppey stretch.

Read the modification report to find out why changes to the proposed route are required.

The opportunity to comment closedcloses at midnight on Wednesday 14 May 2025. You can no longer make a representation or objection on proposals.

Objections will be passed to an independent planning inspector who will make a recommendation to the Secretary of State about each one.

The Secretary of State will consider all representations and objections before making a decision about Natural England’s proposals.
