Social rented sector Landlord Portal

The Universal Credit Landlord Portal allows social rented sector (SRS) landlords to verify rent, support tenants and manage payments online.

Managed payment to landlord (MPTL) process now allows claimant tenants in the social rental sector to object to the creation of the MPTL. Guidance has been updated about how long the claimant has to object and provide evidence and who makes the decision.
