Marker recruitment for the 2025 KS2 tests is now complete.

Markers for the 2026 key stage 2 tests onwards are recruited by Pearson. The updated guidance includes information on Pearson’s recruitment processes, available roles, application procedures and important dates.

Removed information about Capita’s marker recruitment process, as marker recruitment for the 2025 KS2 tests is now complete and Pearson will recruit markers for the 2026 tests. Added clarification that we will update this page and Pearson will contact existing markers directly with information about the 2026 recruitment process by the end of September 2025.
