To support the public sector to deliver its emissions reduction ambitions, the departmentDepartment for Energy Security and Net Zero will:

• conduct research to systematically map the different reporting approaches available and identify what decarbonisation outcomes they can achieve
• consult on policy approaches to gain external input to shape policy outputs
• publish guidance to support public sector organisations
