These open general export licences (OGEL) allows,allow, subject to certain conditions, the export of military goods to certain destinations if they have been temporarily imported into the UK for exhibition or demonstration purposes.
This (open general export licence) OGEL has been revised to exclude nuclear power generating and naval nuclear propulsion equipment under ML17g and ML9 from the scope of the licence.
