Packaging data: how to create your file for extended producer responsibility

If you’re an organisation that supplies packaging to consumers and businesses in the UK, you may have to take action to comply with extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging.

Publishing the file specification for 2025 packaging data

This guide claimed that small producers (small organisations) must submit recyclability data from January 2026. This was incorrect. They do not have to submit this data,
