Details
The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA ) closed on 31 March 2025. All activity has moved to the Department for Education (DfE).
FIS helps schools you and other education providers to get your ILR
You must use the right version of FIS for the academic year you’re submitting data for.
You can download FIS for free and it works offline. It does 2 things:
The
checks user data guides against explain the how validation to rules use and produces a validation report so you can see where data needs refining
calculates provisional reports – only provisional as FIS and does what not it have is access for. to up-to-date reference data
The known issues documents document show will tell you if we are experiencing any problems with the software.
The You release can guides view have all technical previous information about the service’s functionality.
