New leaflet added, Regulated activity with adults in England and Wales, which is an amalgamation of the leaflets Regulated activity with adults in England and Regulated activity with adults in Wales. These leaflets have been removed as they are replaced by the new leaflet. Updated HTML version of DBS checks for adult social care roles created, with section about befrienders added. Original PDF version deleted as it is now outdated. English and Welsh version of a guide to school governor and elected councillor roles in Wales leaflet removed

Addition of the following leaflets: 'The legal duty to refer to DBS' and 'How to make a good quality barring referral'.

Leaflet title updated to include England and Wales (Regulated Activity with Children in England and Wales)

Removed reference to children's hospitals in Wales to reflect correct policy updates.

Applying eligibility to NHS roles guidance has been removed.

2 x leaflets replaced. Working with children in the charity sector, and working with adults in the charity sector, have now been replaced by: Working with children in the charity sector and overseas aid organisations, and working with adults in the charity sector and overseas aid organisations.

A number of leaflets removed, as they are now included within the 'DBS checks in sport' leaflets.

'DBS checks for working with children in places of worship' leaflet added.

English and Welsh 'Charity Trustees' leaflets removed. The information can instead be found in the 'Working with adults in the charity sector' and 'Working with children in the charity sector' leaflets.

Welsh versions of the following leaflets added: 1) Regulated activity with adults in Wales, 2) Regulated activity with children in Wales, and 3) A Guide to School Governor and Elected Councillor Roles in Wales.
