This document has been updated to confirm: the naming convention used in Armenia, how the father obtains PR if the parents are unmarried, only marriages officially registered in Civil Status Acts Registration Agency offices are legally recognised by the state, there is no time limit for registering births or deaths, statements issued by medical institutions show only the name of the mother who gave birth to the child.
