Amendments have been made to the “Recommended Format of DUCR” section in Data Elements (DE) 2/1 and 2/4.A link has also been corrected in DE 1/10.DE 3/41 has been updated to include C21e in the requirements. DE 3/41 is required when declaring Additional Procedure Code 73N on a C21e.
