Details
This authorisation notice allows new tank vehicles to enter into service and be used on the roads of Great Britain without an ADR1(C) certificate.
ADR part part 9 inspection and certification is required from the date that the vehicle was due to have its first roadworthiness inspection under the the Goods Vehicle (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988 as as amended.
The authorisation is valid until 31 August 2025.2026.
