Details
The procurement pipeline provides details on the upcoming opportunities at the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
UKAEA aims to be open and transparent by providing medium-term plans and longer-term visibility of forthcoming procurement opportunities, enabling the supply chain to make informed decisions to tender for work. The procurement pipeline will be reviewed and updated quarterly.
The pipeline includes contact details for each activity to encourage meaningful engagement with interested parties who wish to engage in tender activity. All tender activity will be managed in accordance with UK Procurement Regulations and Cabinet Office Policy Notes.
UKAEA will make every effort to ensure the information provided is aligned to programme and project plans. All dates, estimated contract values and procurement routes are provided as a guide and are subject to change, including the removal and amendment of opportunities.
UKAEA uses the platforms below for advertising our procurements:
Find a Tender – Public Sector opportunity for work is published on the Central Digital Platform. Suppliers must be registered on Find a Tender to participate. This is also where we will publish the Pipeline notice for any projects over the value of £2 million (VAT included). All information on how to access the project documents will be captured on the notice published on Find a Tender.
Government Frameworks – These are existing Public Sector Framework awarded by Crown Commercial Services or other compliant procurement agencies for utilisation by the wider public sector.
UKAEA Commercial Pipeline - Advertising new procurement opportunities with a cumulative value more than £25,000 (VAT excluded), as well as aspirational opportunities, pre-commercial activities, and Preliminary Market Engagement Notices (PME).
Find a Tender will allow you to set up alerts based on CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes so you will be notified when we publish a tender on those CPV codes and ‘Watch’ notices. All interest, requests to participate and enquiries should be submitted via the instructions on the notice.
