Details

£1.29bnJust under £1.15 billion has been offered to retrofit social homes across 144138 projects under Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3. Match funding from Wave 3 applicants provides an additional £295 million. This includes funding offered for:

  • 17 Strategic Partnership projects
  • 127121 Challenge Fund projects

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) willhave bereceived receiving an allocation of this funding as part of the first Integrated Settlements.

The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 builds on the allocations made under the previous waves of SHDF.
