Insolvency practitioner rota
The insolvency practitioner (IP) rota is used in the distribution of insolvency cases by the official receiver.

Details
The purpose of IP rotas is to:
-
ensure a fair distribution of cases in which the official receiver decides there is a need for a Secretary of State (SoS) appointment of an insolvency practitioner
-
ensure that in making those appointments, bankrupts, directors and creditors are not inconvenienced by the location of the IP
The rota includes details of the IP firms on every local office rota.
