Deprivation of British citizenship: caseworker guidance

Updated to include information on false parental relationships.

Guidance updated with minor amendment to reflect the 2023 Serious Organised Crime Strategy, and an amendment to clarify factors which would not normally lead to deprivation of citizenship on the grounds of fraud, false representation or concealment of material fact.

Minor amendment to reflect that late notice of a deprivation decision in fraud cases is an administrative process.
