​​This renewal is focused on delivery of the biggest increase in supply in a generation, alongside a transformational and lasting change in the safety and quality of homes.

Building on the record investment announced at Spending Review 2025, we are setting out 5 steps for renewal, and we call on all providers to step up their ambition to deliver with us. ​
