This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, Lists of Crew and Discharge of Seamen) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991/2144) (the “Crew Agreement Regulations”) and replaces MGN 474 (M).
Amendment 1 updates references and refines the guidance to current requirements.
All annexes noted within this notice are attached separately and are available to download.
