Details

The business helpdesk can help prospective sponsors, existing sponsor licence holders, and their authorised representatives with queries about sponsorship under the Points-Based System, for the routes we cover.

Representatives can also contact us with policy questions about the following routes (excluding settlement queries):

We can help with issues related to the Sponsor Management System (SMS). This includes technical problems, and concerns that your SMS account may have been compromised or targeted by phishing.

We can also help with matters relating to preventing illegal working, including reports or allegations of illegal working.
