View This register contains a list of producers who have registered with the environmental regulators. Find out more about what ‘producers’ means. The register will tell you: These producers have registered under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024. Throughout this guidance, ‘EPR for packaging’ refers to these regulations. They have registered for ‘compliance year’ 2025. This means they must meet their obligations under EPR for packaging for 2025. It does not cover producers who are required to register and report their data but have not. If you think a producer should have registered and reported their data but they are not listed here, contact the environmental regulator for your nation. This data has been submitted by producers. Defra and the environmental regulators are not responsible for inaccuracies. The accuracy of the data will increase as more producers submit or re-submit data. If there is a group registration the register will show details of the parent company or holding company and the subsidiaries it has registered. For some packaging activities, these lists may help you work out who is responsible for reporting data. This can change depending on whether you are supplying packaging to a large producer or not. You may want to use the lists if you do any of the following activities: If you’re unsure, check the section on packaging activities in the ‘Packaging data: what to collect’ guidance. You may also need a record of this information for audits, or questions from the environmental regulator. The Find

Compliance schemes are third parties that help producers meet the EPR for packaging requirements.
You’ll have to pay a fee to the compliance scheme for their services.
Compliance schemes cannot sign you up to the report packaging data service or pay your disposal fees, but they can
- pay your registration fees on your behalf
- report your packaging data
Each compliance scheme has registered with the environmental regulator for the appropriate nation.
