This notice should be read in conjunction with the International Labour Organisation (ILO 188), the Merchant Shipping (Work in Fishing Convention) Regulations 2018, the latest amendments to MSN 1871(F) amendment 2, MSN 1872(F) amendment 1, and MSN 1873 (F) amendment 1 and MGN 425 (M+F) amendment 3 and replaces MGN 413 (F) amendment 2.
