A Grant Agreement is a standard contract between Homes England and all Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026 to 2036 providers. The issuing of individual contracts is handled by the Homes England Provider Services team.

The Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026 to 2036 provides grant funding to support the capital costs of developing affordable housing for rent or sale in England (outside London).
