Terms of reference: Thematic Value for Money Reviews

The Chief Secretary will lead a review of value for money across public spending ahead of the next spending review, covering: (i) homelessness; (ii) youth provisionprovision; and; (iii) maintenance of public assets.assets and; (iv) care models.

The terms of reference confirm the objectives, scope, governance and timetable of each review and sets out the cross government collaboration to develop recommendations for improving value for money ahead of the next spending review.
