This is the thirdfourth edition of the Appraisal Guide. It is intended to be read in conjunction with the HM Treasury Green Book and aims to: 

  • ​help ensure consistency in MHCLG appraisals
  • update and develop the methods and assumptions employed in MHCLG appraisals
