Guidance on the use of (Q)SAR models to predict genotoxicity

This guidance statement outlines Committee on Mutagenicity of Chemicals in Food, Consumer Products and the Environment (COM) recommendations for an evaluation of genotoxicity using (Q)SAR models, including the selection of the (Q)SAR model by assessment and justification of the model and reporting of (Q)SAR predictions.
