Details

When referred to in an environmental permit these rules will allow the operator to operate one or more Tranche B Specified Generators which are natural gas fired engines or boilers which are CHPs. The individual unit capacity is <1 to 2 MWth and the total is <2.0 MWth at the specified location which may be in urban areas where background NO2 is high.

Applies to Specified Generators burning natural gas.
