Details

When referred to in an environmental permit these rules will allow the operator to operate one or more new or existing medium combustion plant (MCP), which may be in an Air Quality Management Area.Area, unless the combustion plant is referenced in a relevant Air Quality Plan.

Applies to combustion plant burning the following fuels:

  • gas oil and gas oil substitutes
  • natural gas
  • hydrogen
  • biogas
  • gaseous fuels other thangaseous natural gasfuels
