Planning fees: annual indexation from 1 April

Planning fees are subject to annual indexation, from 1 April 2025. Every year, planning fees will be increased by the rate of inflation, as measured by the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), from the preceding September. The new fees will be published on this webpage in advance of 1 April each year.
