Tree health pilot scheme: grant funding agreement and terms and conditions

  1. Added new terms of conditions commencing from 16 March 2026. For agreements made after this date, all susceptible material must be included in felling applications unless otherwise agreed with the Forestry Commission.

  2. Removed clarification to section 4.15 under 'Grant funded activities' that all susceptible material must be included in felling applications unless otherwise agreed with the Forestry Commission. This does not apply to grant agreements made from 27 November 2025 onwards as previously stated.

  5. Terms and conditions (from 2 December 2024) updated to show changes to lead facilitator role. The lead facilitator will no longer be the single agreement holder for the group. They will need to submit an application form for each group member, including themselves. Each group member will have their own agreement with the Forestry Commission and receive their grant funding directly. Also link added to National Archives for previous terms and conditions.
