The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero’s (DESNZ) small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) action plan outlines how we will reduce barriers and increase opportunities for SME’s to work with government.
The action plan sets out our SME procurement spend targets and our actions to raise SME participation and spend from April 2025 to March 2028.
