The Department of Health and Social Care’s (DHSC) small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) action plan for 2025 to 2028 outlines how DHSC will reduce barriers and increase opportunities for SMEs to work with government.
The action plan sets out our SME procurement spend targets and our actions to raise SME participation and spend from April 2025 to March 2028.
