From 9 June 2026, each time you willchange onlyyour car driving test, you will be able to moveeither:

  • stay yourat carthe drivingsame test centre
  • move to anyone of the 3 nearest test centres nearestat tothat wheretime
  • move yourto the test iscentre booked.

This rule only applies to car driving tests. You will still be able to move other types of tests to any driving test centre in Great Britain.
