  1. OFSI General Licence INT/2022/2300292 amended to permit all forms of utility payment, including cash.

  2. • Reference to frozen UK bank accounts has been removed from Permissions 4.1 to make clear that payments by DPs are not restricted to those made from frozen funds; • The reporting conditions have been updated to be submitted: “Within 30 days of the end of a Yearly Quarter” (refer to paragraph 8 of the General Licence); and, • Annex 1, Schedule of UK Autonomous Sanctions Regulations, now includes the Global Irregular Migration and Trafficking in Persons Sanctions Regulations 2025.

  3. OFSI General Licence INT/2022/2300292 updated. OFSI General Licence INT/2022/2300292 Publication Notice updated.

  4. OFSI General Licence INT/2022/2300292 amended to add permission for payments for gas and electricity meter installation, certification, validation, monitoring, replacement, removal and other payments in relation to these activities.

  5. OFSI General Licence INT/2022/2300292 amended to also permit activity that would otherwise breach the prohibitions in Regulation 17A of the Russia Regulations.
