This document provides information for charitable organisations on how to sponsor a worker on the Charity Worker (Temporary Worker) route.
The Charity Worker route is for voluntary workers who wish to come to the UK to do unpaid work for a charitable organisation for a maximum period of 12 months.
The guidance has been updated to reflect a change to the Immigration Rules coming into force on 9 April 2025, more details can be found within the guidance.
