Complete a Recycled Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) annual return

A Recycled Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) is an internal fund within an organisation’s accounts. It enables capital grant to be reused for eligible development projects instead of being repaid when circumstances change.

All registered providers operating an RCGF, with funds generated outside London, must submit an annual RCGF return to Homes England.
