Use this service to apply for a new animal stem cell centre authorisation (ASCCA).
Before you start
You should read the guidance on how to apply for specific manufacturing authorisation, which includes information on ASCCA.
As part of your application you will need to upload draft labels in accordance with the labelling requirements set out in Schedule 2 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013.
You will also need to upload a valid good manufacturing practice (GMP) certificate, if your site has one.
