Notice to all shipowners and fishing vessel owners, employers, masters and seafarers, skippers and crew.

This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997 and MGN 636 Amendment 4 and MGN 587 Amendment 2 and replaces MGN 492 (M+F) Amendment 2.
