UK Aid Transparency Review 2025: UK government response

This paper sets out how the UK government will respond to the recommendations of the 2025 UK Aid Transparency Review carried out by Publish What You Fund.

It explains the actions departments will take to improve the transparency of Official Development Assistance (ODA), including agreed minimum standards and department‑specific responses.

The paper supports the government’s wider commitment to openness and accountability, including commitments made in the UK’s Open Government sixth National Action Plan and through the Open Government Partnership.
