HSS fixed sum offer permission to appeal process: tariff of reasonable legal costs

The government has agreed to meet the reasonable legal costs of postmasters seeking permission to appeal through the Fixed Sum Offer (FSO) Permission to Appeal process.

This guidance sets out the tariffs used to calculate these costs. It has been agreed by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) with legal advisers known to represent eligible claimants.
