KS2 English grammar, punctuation and spelling tests were administered in schools in May 2026. Modified test materials, test administration instructions and mark scheme amendments are also provided.

Schools that wish to use the adaptable modified large print (MLP) formats, to make further adaptations to the materials for their pupils, should refer to the guidance on making adaptations to KS2 MLP test materials.
