This guide is for users of MyHMCTS representing either applicants or respondents. It describes the steps you need to take to complete case administration tasks in MyHMCTS, including how to:
- share a case
- assign a case administrator
- assign a case
- submit a notice of change in representation
Some of these tasks can only be carried out by an assigned account or case administrator.
How you manage and progress a case beyond these administrative tasks depends on the subject area you are working in. You should refer to the subject specific guidance for further case management guidance:
