Complain to the Adjudicator's Office

Use our form to complain against HMRC, the Valuation Office Agency, or the Adjudicator’s Office.

You can use this online form to contact the Adjudicator’s Office to:

  • complain about HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) or the Valuation Office Agency (VOA)
  • complain about the Adjudicator’s Office service or a decision they have made

  • Government Gateway account, if you already have one

You’ll also need to:

  • explain why you’re contacting the Adjudicator’s Office
  • suggest what you would like to happen next

If you’re representing someone else

You must also:

  • give the postal address and email address of the person you’re acting for
  • upload a scan or photo of a completed Authority to act form that the person you’re representing has signed
