In response to stakeholder feedback, we are now extending this consultation until 17 July 2026.  

We will shortly publish some supplementary information which may help to clarify specific points of the matters under consultation. This supplementary information will not change the core policy proposals set out in the consultation.

When we publish this supplementary information, we will ensure there is an appropriate amount of time for consultees to review it and, where necessary, provide amendments or additions to their responses. If you have already responded, we will also explain how to amend or add to your response when we publish the supplementary information.

This consultation aims to gather industry and stakeholder views on the suggested changes to the secondary legislation and planning guidance for managing the onshore wind turbine interference surrounding Eskdalemuir seismic array.
