Make a data protection complaint to the Rural Payments Agency

- confirm we’ve received it
- review the information you’ve provided
- contact you if we need more details
We’ll acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

Complaints about our handling of data protection complaints
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) prefers complaints to be directed to the organisation and its DPO in the first instance. If you are unhappy with the outcome following contact with the RPA’s DPL or Defra’s DPO, you can email casework@ico.org.uk or write to:
