Issues relating to NFC access on iOS

Apple is designated as having strategic markets status in the provision of its mobile platform.

We are now seeking views on key issues relating to NFC access on iOS, including the technical method for access and the pricing of such access.

Any non-disclosure agreement a party may have in place with Apple should not prevent them from responding to this call for evidence. Apple has confirmed that it will not use any confidentiality provision with a party to prevent them from responding.
