Green Book Review 2025: One year on

In June 2025, HM Treasury published the conclusions of the Green Book Review 2025. This set out six important issues with the Green Book and how it is being used to provide objective and transparent advice on public investment across the country, and six core actions to address them. One year later, this report outlines the government’s progress in implementing these six actions.
