• have an environmental permit forwhere aone wasteis operationrequired
• comply whenwith regulatorythe andconditions enforcement bodies store samples of wasteyour forenvironmental regulationpermit
• register oran investigationactivity atas locationsexempt other than where theyou samples are testedrequired orto analysed.

However, the Environment Agency will not normally take enforcement action if you do not comply with thisthese legal requirementrequirements if you meet the requirements in thethis RPS.
