The coastalCoastal erosionErosion assistanceAssistance grantGrant (CEAG) is a discretionary grant of £6,000£10,000 per property. It is available to local authorities to support the prompt and safe demolition of homes at greatest risk of loss from coastal erosion. In exceptional circumstances, a local authority may make a case for a higher level of CEAG grant support above £10,000.
